I want to take this time to thank everyone who touched my heart in Milan and all across Europe while I was there for 6 months. I know I made life long friends with a lot of you and I even though we all live a world away from each other, whether it be in the US, Canada, Australia, England, Italy, or Poland or anywhere in between, I've had such a great time getting to know each one of you as individuals. I only new some people for 1 night, but they person I talked to made such a lasting impression on me.

I might not talk to you all everyday, or even at all anymore, but it doesn't mean I'm not thinking about all the great memories we all made together miles away from home. 5,000 miles from home and I found these amazing souls, how lucky am I to have met each one of you.

Karina, Kiana, Kathrine, and Kay: my girls. never not laughing with you lovely strong and beautiful women. Loved knowing each of you.

Thank you Karina for introducing me to the nightlife of Milan. I'll never forget all the memories we made in the city together. I loved our little group of 5. Love you ladies and wish you the absolute best in life, such strong and beautiful women who taught me so much more than I thought anyone could. Thank you Kaylee for always being there for me and for traveling with me (even though we might not have always had the best luck). You'll always be my baby kay!

Thank you Jessi for being my American sidekick through the end of my trip. Sorry I couldn't be the alcoholic friend we both needed me to be at that time haha but you never know what San Diego will bring! (only kidding, sort of)

To my favorite partiers; Karina, Kay, Kiana, Hannah, Kathrine, Antonio & friends, Paola, Sara, Sasha, and Jessi- Even though I can't remember 1/2 of those nights, I know that my time in Milan wouldn't have been the same without all the times I have lost baby Kay, or woke up sick as hell, or got my phone stolen. All those night bus rides home or even walking because we were too poor to get a taxi. Nearly every night almost fighting some guy for looking at me and my friends wrong. A nightly occurrence of being so drunk I could speak Italian and Spanish.

Thank you to each of my week(ish) long roommates: Perri, Dallas, Kaylee, & Sara, for putting up with me even though I was the worst at keeping the apartment clean (so sorry Sara and Kaylee especially). Loved having the company. All the amazingly talented people I met, from stylists to producers to singers to photographers to models, it's been so wonderful to hear about everyone else's aspirations and dreams and I hope you all get everything you want out of life.

Nearly every Italian trying to teach me Italian and me failing horribly, thanks for not laughing too hard at my pronunciation of "bruschetta" (English speakers pay attention because next time you go to Olive Garden or Carraba's you're going to be the cultured on in the room for knowing the correct way to pronounce this favorite from Tuscany: Brew-SKET-ah. You're welcome)

Thank you Italia for being my second home and home to my family before me. Also thanks for having such great food and wine and boys ILY

Thank you for being so beautiful even on the rainy days in the city. Thank you for showing me there is more to life thank college-job-family-death. Til we meet again Italy Lots of love, Angela Marie Pesa

If we met while I was abroad and didn't mention your name above, just know you still made an impact on me and thank you so much for the memories (or lack of).
